In 2017 Mark and Aly formed Mark and Aly Interior Design in Park City and continued their skills as a partnership focusing on high-end new build projects.
Mark and Aly have been working in the industry since the early 2000's with shared experience since 2008.

MARK
Mark’s journey towards a successful design career began at a young age and continued through his education. He developed an eye for all things aesthetic, attending the runway shows and vibrant flea markets of Paris with his eldest sister. He received a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Utah and expanded his studies at the Interior Design Institute of Newport Beach. From 2003-2017, Mark’s vision led him to start one of Salt Lake City’s most progressive design firms where he was known for his sophisticated mix and timeless approach in high-end residential and commercial interiors. It was during this time that Mark crossed paths with Aly. After years of working together, their complimenting strengths and shared aesthetic sensibility led them to partner up and form Park City’s most dynamic design team.

ALY
Aly began her career early in her educational years and received a Bachelor’s degree in interior design from Utah State University graduating top of her class. She crossed paths with Mark in 2008 and they began a strong working relationship where they both found balance in each other and eventually formed Mark and Aly Interior Design. Her highly proficient skills in AutoCAD and Photoshop, as well as her deep understanding of the building phase, has led her to find her niche in high end residential new builds.
“I find my initial inspiration through the architecture of a home. The roots of this home should flourish into the timeless materials that bring each space character and harmony. The details are in the mix of soft and hard, old and new, and each individual piece that brings balance. The wow moments I create are in the art of layering. My love for design comes from the world around me and the beauty I can bring to a structure that started as a blank slate. The thrill is to create that unexpected moment while keeping the home comfortable and organic. I love what I get to do and enjoy being a part of people’s lives in such a personal way that brings them great joy and a lasting love for their homes.” -Aly
